Delete on this website
This page is for Dexio, developed by SR Ecommerce. Enter the email and password you use for Dexio. You will review one final confirmation before anything is deleted.
Your password is sent securely to Dexio’s account service to confirm ownership. We do not save it in this website’s browser storage. Never send your password by email.
What gets deleted
Once the account service confirms deletion, the following are permanently removed from the active account database immediately:
- Your account and profile settings.
- Your collection, quantities, conditions, notes and saved values.
- Favourites and scan history.
- Saved AI gradings and their preview images.
- Daily portfolio value history.
Deletion cannot be undone. Security logs, provider backups and temporary processing files follow their separate retention schedules. Managed Render database backups expire within their documented 3–7 day recovery/export windows; security records may remain where necessary for abuse prevention or legal obligations. See the privacy policy’s retention section for scanner photos and AI-provider retention.
Delete in the app
- Open Profile.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm deletion.
Uninstalling Dexio alone does not delete your account.
Cannot sign in?
Email team@dexio.win from the address you used to sign up, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify ownership and handle your request within 30 days. You do not need the app installed.
Do not include your password. If you have lost access to your account email, contact us so we can discuss another way to verify ownership.
