About Dexio
Dexio is a trading-card scanning and collection app provided by SR Ecommerce, KvK 75235560, Pieter Langendijklaan 14, Uithoorn, Netherlands. Our Google Play developer name is SR Ecommerce. Contact: team@dexio.win.
These terms apply when you use Dexio’s app, website and related services. Dexio is under development and features, availability and supported cards may change. These terms do not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Your account and use
You must be at least 13 to use Dexio and have any parental or guardian permission required by applicable law. Keep your login details safe and let us know if you suspect unauthorised access.
Use the service lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to use, abuse the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, interfere with other users, or attempt to access their data. Upload trading-card photos appropriate to the feature and avoid unnecessary personal information.
You retain your rights in your uploads. You give us the permission needed to process, display and store them to provide the features you request, as described in our privacy policy.
We may restrict or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules, or where required to protect the service or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer a way to contact us.
Scanning and AI grading
Card matches can be wrong or ambiguous, especially with glare, small images, similar artwork, variants or obscured card numbers. Check important details before buying, selling or submitting a card for professional grading.
AI grades are estimates based on photographs. Centering, corners, edges, surface and overall 1–10 scores reflect what can be seen in the supplied images. Photos may hide wear or other defects. AI grading does not establish authenticity and does not guarantee a resale price or professional grading result.
Dexio grades are not official PSA, BGS or CGC grades and are not physical inspections or certifications.
Prices and portfolio values
Values are estimates based on third-party market data, including TCGplayer and Cardmarket where available. They may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Condition, printing, language, variant, fees and the actual buyer or seller affect real transaction prices.
Converted prices use daily reference exchange rates when available. Cached or fallback rates may be used when a provider cannot be reached. These values are not bank exchange quotes, offers to buy or sell, or financial advice. A portfolio estimate is not a guaranteed sale value.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing Dexio, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect identification or error-free third-party data. Keep your own record of information important to you.
To the extent allowed by law, SR Ecommerce is not responsible for indirect or speculative losses, including trading losses caused by relying solely on an estimated price, card match or AI grade. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
Leaving and changes
You may stop using Dexio at any time. Delete your account through the app or our web deletion form; uninstalling the app does not remove your account. Retention of backups, temporary files and security records is explained in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will communicate material changes appropriately. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
Applicable law and contact
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply in your country of residence. Contact team@dexio.win about a concern or dispute so we can try to resolve it.
